In 2001, medibureau's management recognised the need to have an independent medical board, which was tasked in dealing with all medical issues surrounding medibureau's relationship with the medical profession.

Its initial brief was to ensure that the registration process for Healthcare professionals being posted onto the MIAS Appointments Module was correctly administered within an agreed code of practice.

The Board is also available to management should any difficulties arise in obtaining good quality reports from a member of their profession and to ensure that this is achieved within acceptable timeframes.

Should our clients have any need to question the quality of a medical report or the conduct of a medical professional then medibureau's management would immediately refer our client's concerns to the Medical Advisory Board. A member of the Board will be tasked to investigating those concerns and reporting back to our clients
