This module has been developed to assist claims administrators with the task of effectively managing a case file. Whether at Pre-admittance or at the Appeal stage, the MIAS Claims module tracks the case through pre-defined processes whilst allowing external parties restricted access as to the progress of each case. Gathering medical evidence is a crucial element of effective case file management. Therefore, by using the MIAS module, an administrator can immediately instruct medibureau to obtain whatever medical evidence is required. This evidence will then be obtained and if required made available with the case file through the MIAS module
