The online application
allows for a simple method of centralised absence notifications,
tracking the progress of cases through appropriate interventions
and at all times permitting all stakeholders secure access to update
and track the status of each case.
The MIAS colour-coding feature, informs Management, Insurance
and Pension Administrators and where relevant the Broker, as to
what stage along the absence timeline a case appears. It provides
Management Information to identify those companies, sites and cases
that require more specific attention in addressing issues resulting
in elevated levels of absence.
This module is ideal for HR, Occupational Health, Insurance companies
and other relevant third parties whose task it is to address the
needs of an absent employee, due to sickness, as early as possible.
Thereby increasing the likelihood of an effective Return to Work
or to assist the employee through the Pension or Long-term Disability
