medibureau offers online software applications for communicating with our clients together with a sophisticated Back-office administration system to support our medical evidence gathering service.

The Medical Agency division is involved in obtaining medical evidence for Underwriting, Claims, Personal Injury and short and long term Sickness Absence. All of these activities are supported by an experience administration using the MIAS Back-office tracking module. This allows our clients to be constantly updated as to the progress of their instructions and referrals to medibureau.

The Modular Integrated Administration Solution (MIAS) is a suite of Modules, which assist Insurers, Intermediaries and Employers with case file administration. These uniquely developed applications are specifically available for clients to efficiently communicate with medibureau whilst receiving updates and medical documents online in a secure server environment.

Due to the experienced gained in developing the MIAS modules, our software division is frequently commissioned to configure these applications for large organisations requiring efficient case file tracking systems, which incorporate MIAS functionality for all related workflow processes.
