Positions ranging from Sales Manager of medical supplies company in New England, Managing Director of Therapeutics Centres Ltd involved in designing, developing and managing Rehabilitation Centres within the UK, Owner of dtr, which provided medical services and Insurance TPA services and Founder of medibureau ltd.

Richard designs and implements strategic decisions and is actively involved in client negotiations and strengthening the corporate profile.

Brian Tappenden - Operations Director

Qualified Chartered Secretary - 18 years with Save & Prosper Group (formerly part of Robert Fleming Holdings), positions ranging from project management to senior operational management, including Head of Banking Administration for 8 years. After Flemings, he established a consultancy carrying out a range of operational projects for financial services companies.

Since joining medibureau in October 2001, Brian has been responsible for all operational aspects of the business. He plays a key role in integrating a new client's requirements within the medibureau administration.

 

Emmett McCarroll- IT Manager  

BSc. Applied Computing, University of Ulster, Northern Ireland. Emmett has served Northland Computing and Paragon Group at levels ranging from Junior Programmer to Senior Technical Consultant, across many business areas in both the UK and Ireland in the past 13 years. His responsibilities have included product and bespoke software development, database design and database administration.

Emmett joined medibureau in March 2003 and is responsible for all aspects of database development and the integrity of the company's IT architecture. Emmett has been instrumental in the development of the MIAS Back-office, Sickness Absence and the Medical Appointments Modules as well as their integrated front-end web presence .
