Automatic chasing together with prompt payment terms with the doctors have helped to finely tune this service to operate within highly impressive turnarounds. medibureau is extremely proud of its turnarounds for this instruction which typically averages 8 working days for approximately 80% of all GPR instructions. Our clients can choose in which format they would like to receive GP reports, from the traditional hardcopy ,facsimile or secure digital format. The aim of this service is to ensure that underwriting decisions based on receipt of this medical evidence can be achieved within required business timescales. Medical Examination Report (MER) Incorporated within our extensive database are listings of Independent GPs who regularly accept these type of instructions. medibureau has entered into an arrangement with two Private Hospital groups that provide a geographic network of high quality medical facilities within which all MER requirements can be obtained. These facilities are particularly popular, but not exclusive to, the corporate clients. Diagnostic Tests Blood and HIV tests are organised with the appropriate support services to ensure their accuracy. Resting and Stress ECGs are often instructed in conjunction with MERs. The tests are organised with the medical examination and a cardiologist reports on the findings. medibureau has service level arrangements with Pathology Laboratories to obtain accurate blood tests results. As with all other reports, diagnostic test results can be made available through the MIAS system. |
